House on the hill

The natural tones of the stone from the Champagne region are present throughout the villa. The staircase is embraced by a very subtle but ever so present tone on tone landscape with trees on the foreground. The walls of the breakfast room are decorated with a repeating pattern. The dining room exhibits a boiserie painted with muted antique motifs. The white-washed beams are delimited by small painted capitals. The basement is dominated by the red of the bricks which is recalled in the corridors and in some of the decorations.
